About the job
Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for analysing L1 and L2 incidents on assigned ICT systems and ensure their resolution as well as diagnosing faults utilizing a number of management platforms. You will also ensure that Routing and Switching elements are backed up and coordinate with the central site for Routing and Switching elements centralisation, standardisation, security baseline and best practices. About you
We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Engineer (Network Analysis) with ideally a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. The lack of a university degree may be compensated at least 6 years relevant work experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
A valid Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification is required.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
