Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will support the Security Compliance (OVA) Cell which is responsible for planning, preparation, exercising, execution and interpretation of online vulnerability assessments for NATO CIS and liaising with the stakeholders for removing or mitigating the identified vulnerabilities.
You will perform centralized Online Vulnerability Assessment (OVA) of remote systems and software applications, ensure the Cyber Security Hygiene Indicators (CSHI) programme is implemented effectively and efficiently, define, maintain, update advanced OVA configurations, develop reports and dashboards, database queries, procedures, review security documentation and provide technical advice.

About you
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Security Compliance Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of post-related experience.
A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
You should also have:
· Experience in assessing or implementation of CIS Security protective measures
· Expert level of knowledge of the principles of computer and communication security, networking, and the vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications
· Comprehensive knowledge in developing vulnerability assessment scans configurations for large networks, without impacting the availability or the performance of the scanned systems
· Comprehensive knowledge of advanced Nessus configurations using audit files for implementing compliancy checks for operating systems, network devices and applications
· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Power BI Report Server applications: develop queries, functions, procedures, views, reports; remediate errors, improve performance
· Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
