The Enterprise Systems Program Manager – Digital Process Automation leads the delivery of a group of projects, analysis of business needs and accountability for measurable outcomes. This position serves a key matrixed leadership role on the Enterprise Systems Digital Process Automation (DPA) team and is responsible for leading cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance & Administration, Contracts, Information Solutions and Services) in the design, development, and deployment of business process applications. This includes defining project scope and objectives, setting schedules, and managing resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.
The role is responsible for strategic technology and resource planning and management to ensure seamless ability to deliver against key corporate milestones; day-to-day leadership of the Program Management team; fostering a heathy & happy team culture. A successful candidate will lead with an agile mindset that is rooted in continuous improvement and optimization of our end-to-end Enterprise Systems Digital Process Automation Technology programs.
To be successful in this role, the Enterprise Systems Program Manager – Digital Process Automation should have excellent senior stakeholder management skills, project management skills, strong technical expertise, and experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This individual should also be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and be able to think creatively and strategically to drive business results.

The expected hiring salary range for this role is listed below. FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget.
Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.
Hiring Salary Range: $117,000 – $156,000
