The assignment objectives are to create business awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement to adopt and maintain the changes introduced. The consultant’s mission is to achieve the following:
Identification and awareness of methods, tools, and the ability to measure the impact of behavioral change.
Resolution of specific adoption issues defined at the onset and to be addressed over the course of the engagement.
Driving behavioral change and measure its potential benefits.
Definition of a roadmap to successful usage and adoption of the new processes and related SAP system being developed.
