Services to be provided as part of the assignment include:

1. Identification of Areas of Intervention, in line with Government off-grid energy sector priorities, for AMAP support to develop GMGs for rural electrification in Moçambique;
2. Technical Assistance to the Government of Moçambique in selected Areas of Intervention, including the identification, prioritization, public tendering, financing, construction and operation of GMG sites and projects under AMAP, with emphasis on private-sector-led project models;
3. Operational & Network Support to SEFA Individual Consultants and Consulting Firms currently charged with AMAP GMG assignments in Angola, whose objective it is to support the Government of Angola in establishing an integrated GMG market development program;
4. Identification of Areas of Intervention and Definition of a Country Work Program, in line with Government off-grid energy sector priorities, for AMAP support to Cabo Verde.
5. Identification of Areas of Intervention and Definition of a Country Work Program, to be endorsed by the Government as far as respective energy sector priorities of the State have already been formulated, for AMAP support to Guinea-Bissau.
