The main tasks of the assignment consist of the following:

1. Identify and select ESOs supporting or interested in supporting agriculture in underserved regions, in line with the priorities for agricultural and rural development of the Government of Ghana.
2. Undertake a rapid assessment of the capacity building needs in digital technologies of the selected ESOs.
3. Develop and implement a training program as required by the ESOs.
4. The training program should comprise of at least six short activities performed in situ in at least 3 underserved regions, selected in consultation with the Bank representatives. Each training activity will be for between 30 and 40 participants. Attention should be paid to the national imperative of gender and youth balances.
5. Develop an M&E program to measure the impact of the training and support activities provided to ESOs with recommendations for improving and extending this support.
6. Storytelling and communications. Prepare publication ready output (press releases, social media communications, etc.) and photographs and video clips, for awareness promotion and to communicate results and impact.
