The scope of the design phase of the project shall cover the following solutions:
- Meeting all the stakeholders to gather their requirements.
- Propose a plan for udating prioritized application and websites.
- Consolidate this requirement in the Business Requirment Documentation (BRS).
- Design & prototype the DaaS and the CH that fullfill the requirements.
- Get the BRS and the designed DaaS and CH sign off from business department
- Make technologies recommendation to implement the designed platforms.
- Implement applications and website updates
