The Services to be provided under the Assignment include:

(i) Developing training material for African women entrepreneurs leading Micro, Small or Medium enterprises (MSMEs);

(ii) Conducting online monthly trainings in batches to 1000 beneficiaries ( 6 training sessions in total per batch spanning from September 2023 to February 2024);

(iii) Developing different assignments for participants to ensure assimilation of training modules and provide guidance on the trainings or assessments as requested;

(iv) Conduct tailored business coaching and mentoring sessions that provide opportunities for targeted support to a limited number of training participants on the 50MAWS platform;

(v) Collect data for monitoring and reporting and communication purposes (inter alia participants’ engagement, and identification of success stories from beneficiaries)
