The main responsibility of the Consultant is to support the Transition States Coordination Office (RDTS) to meet the demands of internal and external audiences. The objective of the consultancy is to support and scale-up communication around the Africa Resilience Forum (ARF) 2023, and work alongside the African Development Bank Group’s Communications Department (PCER) to roll out communications through all channels available.
