The assigned services involve developing and managing the Lab and YEI MDTF communications strategies, acting as the voice and community manager. This includes engaging with the community, crafting compelling content and stories, overseeing social media presence, optimizing online campaigns, measuring performance, and improving user experience. Collaboration with designers, selecting service providers, and producing promotional materials are also part of the role. Drafting communications, fact-checking, and supporting media engagement with regional and international outlets are important responsibilities for which the consultant will be accountable.
