The Government of Uganda (GoU) is in the process of securing a grant from the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) in support of the development of an Energy Sector Least Cost Integrated Resource Masterplan (ES-IRM).” The ES-IRM seeks to provide an integrated approach for the future development of the Energy sector in Uganda ensuring a “Least-Cost” approach to development, well planned, and effectively executed. The Power System Development Department of the African Development Bank will execute the grant on behalf of the GoU.
