The consultant is expected to develop an integrity and Anti-Corruption Policy, an Action Plan and propose smart key performance indicators to optimize performance and impact covering the entire spectrum of PIAC mandate and workstreams, including the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD), Anti-Money Laundering/Combatting Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), Tax Due Diligence (TDD), Debarment and Cross- Debarment, Integrity compliance programme, Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment(SEAH), Sanction Processes and Procedures, Whistleblowing and Complaint handling measures in Bank funded projects and operations as well investigation of sanctionable practices and staff misconduct.
