The services to be provided under the Assignment include: Develop learning materials and course content with the needed module structure, and the online version of the training program for the AfCFTA implementation, work collaboratively and effectively with PACCI/IGAD/ AfDB and all stakeholders to produce the course content and revise the training materials in line with updates in AfCFTA procedures and rules, test and finalize the online course materials in line with available learning technologies, coordinate a consortium of AfCFTA Training providers and partners to assist in the production and quality assurance of content and course material, as well as assessment and evaluation tools of the capacity building program, deliver and administer a pilot capacity building program to test preliminary AfCFTA course materials including a pilot Online Course, and undertake a review analysis of the pilot and update the course a materials accordingly. The services are provided to the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI) and the Intergovernmental Agency on Development (IGAD), and requires close collaboration and working relationships with them. The services are to be provided over 6 months.
