Undertake a diagnostic assessment of IDEV staff’s Inter-generational Communication skills and needs;
Design the training based on the diagnostic & IDEV management’s vision for Inter-generational Communication;
Deliver a two (2) day in-person training on ‘Inter-generational Communication’;
Evaluate and report on the training, highlighting main observations, findings & recommend on areas where IDEV staff capacity needs further strengthening; and,
Deliver up to one-day (8 hours) of post-training support to IDEV staff.
