The Lender Group requires a Lenders’ Technical Advisor (the “LTA”) to advise the Lenders Group on full range of topics with respect to the Namaacha Wind Farm Project which consists of the construction and operation of a greenfield wind power plant with a capacity of 120MW at a site located approximately 10km north of the town of Namaacha and 80km west of Maputo. The project also involves the construction of a 40km of 66kv dual circuit transmission line connecting Electricidade de Moçambique’s Boane substation, located approximately 50km west of Maputo in Mozambique.
