Under the supervision of the ECAD Task Team Lead, the consulting firms will deliver the Assignment described in the Terms of reference, which entails:

1. preparing a detailed work plan on how to conduct the assignment; the plan will include a clear timeline, the general methodology including the activities, processes, methodologies, team composition with roles and responsibilities, and reporting requirements;
2. designing and validating the deliverables;
3. submitting final deliverables including a final report as per the agreed-on timeline;
4. carrying out any other tasks and deliverables deemed relevant to this assignment.
