The services required under this assignment will include:

• Analyze the Source to Pay process in the context of the Bank and identify possible options to replace the SAP SRM solution which is end of life in 2025.
• Propose functional improvements in the context of replacing SAP SRM by SAP Ariba.
• Work with the Business and IT teams to identify a roadmap on the SAP Source to Procure systems.
• Conduct workshops to produce a business case demonstrating value for money around the SAP SRM replacement within the SAP eco-system (Ariba).
• Developing proof of concepts to support the recommendation of a new solution.

The outcome of this consulting will guide on the decision making to invest in the optimal ARIBA solution or equivalent that will provide best value for money and successfully integrated with the existing SAP suit solutions. It will provide the scope; all the processes functional and technical requirements; the budget and timelines estimate for the successful implementation of the project.
