The services to be provided under the Assignment include: undertake a comprehensive and holistic review of the independence of key compliance and accountability functions as follows: (i) The Independent Development Evaluation Unit (ii) The Independent Recourse Mechanism (iii) The Office of the Auditor General (iv) The Office of Integrity and Anti-Corruption (PIAC). The review will also include two support units – the Office of the Secretary-General and the Office of the General Counsel.
