Under the leadership and guidance of the AMAP Coordinator, the Consulting Firm will revisit some of the basic assumptions of the Appraisal Report regarding Pillar 3, and ensure that its eventual design is (i) aligned with today’s key market needs, (ii) complimentary to other relevant donor activities which have emerged in the meanwhile, and (iii) commensurate with the budget available within AMAP for Pillar 3.
