Assist the Syndication, Co-Financing and Client Solutions Department in:

• Fulfilling its mandate of crowding-in private sector investors into pipeline transactions through leveraged finance approaches.
• Identifying new sources of private sector/institutional finance for sovereign and non-sovereign development projects in Africa.
• Supporting investment officers in the structuring of live deals which require innovative use of A/B loans, insurance, blended finance, guarantees or hedges.
• Providing advisory support on various capital management proposals being put forth in response to G20 Capital Adequacy Recommendations for MDBs
• Providing financial advisory support to various ongoing Presidential initiatives
