The African Development Bank through The Transition States Coordination Office (RDTS), seeks to recruit a Consulting Firm with expertise in fragility and resilience, political economy, economic and socio-sectors, urbanization, regional integration, infrastructure, trade, and investment, among others, to undertake analysis and to develop Thematic Policy and Investment Framework Studies as a basis to promote issue-based dialogue through consultative and inclusive results-driven partnerships to unlock resources and financing for the roll-out of resilient programs and projects to support accelerated socio-economic transformation in Southern Africa. The analysis will cover the following areas:

• Thematic Area 1: – Harnessing the Regional Integration Dividend and Building Resilience: Transforming Economic Corridors into Stimulants for Shared Prosperity in Southern Africa.
• Thematic Area 2: – Building and Mainstreaming Resilience in the Design and Delivery of Regional and National Infrastructure in Southern Africa.
• Thematic Area 3: – Mobilizing and Scaling-up Resource Flows and Private Sector Investments in the Southern African Region by Mitigating Fragility Risks and Building Resilience.
• Thematic Area 4: – Transforming Urban Townships and Informal Settlements into Economic Hubs of Opportunity and Empowerment by Building Partnerships for Prosperity.
