The services to be provided under the assignment are centered on the delivery of the following components:

• Conduct scoping for the People & Talent Mananagement Complex and outline transformation milestones for 2023 – 2025.
• Support the Vice President in implementing the new structure of the People & Talent Management Vice Presidency to facilitate improved engagement of staff and work program delivery.
• Provide technical, advisory and execution assistance to management to complete critical deliverables, including but not limited to:
  • Establishment of the corporate talent management and career development framework
  • Execution of the new Performance Management Approach for Executives and Staff.
  • Establishment of a framework to support future workforce planning and implementation of the corporate multi-year Strategic Staffing plan.
  • Digitalization and Modernization of the HR Service Delivery model.
  • Establishment of the Corporate Learning & Development Academies and the Leadership and Management Development programme.
  • Establishment of a Corporate Recognition Program
