The services to be provided under the assignment are centered on the delivery of the following components:
Conduct scoping for the People & Talent Mananagement Complex and outline transformation milestones for 2023 – 2025.
Support the Vice President in implementing the new structure of the People & Talent Management Vice Presidency to facilitate improved engagement of staff and work program delivery.
Provide technical, advisory and execution assistance to management to complete critical deliverables, including but not limited to:
Establishment of the corporate talent management and career development framework
Execution of the new Performance Management Approach for Executives and Staff.
Establishment of a framework to support future workforce planning and implementation of the corporate multi-year Strategic Staffing plan.
Digitalization and Modernization of the HR Service Delivery model.
Establishment of the Corporate Learning & Development Academies and the Leadership and Management Development programme.
