Purpose of the Position:
Lead one of the team of the SAP Services to deliver high-quality, innovative and customer-focused system support to multiple clients. The team lead will support the teams under their scope in technical design, major problem resolution and implementing complex integrations. The team lead will coordinate with the other Operations Division (OP) team leads and Heads of Unit to transform the current ERP services to new services that will meet the long-term goals of UNICC customers. The incumbent will also provide technical support for the provision of SAP-based ERP services.
Objectives of the Programme:
The objective of the Centre is to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.
Main duties and responsibilities:
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head of the SAP unit (OPOS) within the Operations Division (OP) and in close collaboration with the On-Premise Services (OPO) team.
