About the job

Based in Bydgoszcz, Poland you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for planning and developing projects of scheduled exercises, trainings, conferences and other events from a CIS perspective. You will develop the planning documentation, capture the customer requirements, and coordinate the implementation of technical requirements with the appropriate technical support teams. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Event Engineer with ideally a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. The lack of a university degree may be compensated with a different educational qualification and at least 6 years relevant work experience.

We seek your experience and expertise with the following:

•    Service Delivery in a customer support focused approach
•    Planning of IT networks and infrastructure to include LANs and WANs
•    Project planning experience and coordination for CIS Service Operation;
•    Experience in converting operational requirements into IT requirements;

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
