This position will be hybrid requiring a few days per week in office. You can be based in The Hague, London or in Washington DC. Existing work authorization is required at the time of application submission. WRI is unable to sponsor any visa work sponsorship for this position.
About the Program:
Global HR is led by our Chief People Officer (CPO) who is responsible for aligning our HR policies and procedures throughout our global network. Working extensively with HR leads in our country offices as well as Directors of Centers of Excellence (COE), the CPO is managing our transition to the new One WRI strategy. This strategy dictates aligning our HR policies and procedures throughout the WRI global network.
Job Highlight:
Reporting to and supporting Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for administrative responsibilities including scheduling and meeting preparation, preparation and monitoring of expense reports, arrangement of domestic and international travel plans. You will also support the CPO in managing projects, the HR yearly calendar and key CPO communications.

Potential Salary:Salary range is between 69,000 and 73,000 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
