Result of Service
The outcome of this consultancy will be the successful completion of the work by ERDCN, delivering a full report on the state of the art of the complex interrelation among debt, climate and nature.
Work Location
The consultant will carry on the needed tasks in his / her own place of permanent residence and, if required, he / she will be required to assist to a meeting in the ECLAC venue.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the TS director and the Senior Economic Affairs Officer, the consultant will have the following duties: – To carry out administrative activities to coordinate the joint work of the Technical Secretariat (TS). – To participate and take notes in some of the stakeholder meetings on behalf of the Director. – To keep the ERDCN information in order to support the TS activities. – To organize and coordinate the ERDCN meetings. – In general, to support all the activities of the TS Director.
Qualifications/special skills
The consultant must be a professional in economics, finance or international studies. the consultant must present evidence of professional experience in supporting management activities. The consultant must have specific knowledge in economics
Languages
English and French are the working languages of the UN Secretariat. For this position fluent English is required. knowledge of any other UN official languages is an advantage.
