·         Conduct participatory field trials/demos with farmers on aerobic composting using water hyacinth and its validation on field/vegetable crops

·         Train the farmers/farm facilitators and provide technical support, maintaining improved interventions at benchmark locations

·         Record scientific data, collecting of the information about the farmers and undertaking the crop cutting experiments to record yields and other benefits in the demonstration plots

·         Work closely with scientist and scientific officer in grounding the project interventions.

·         In addition to the above, any other responsibilities as entrusted by supervisor
