Finance and Admin Volunteer – Dakar

PURPOSE
As the Finance and Admin volunteer you will handle finance and accounting processes while handling basic day to day admin work.
Location: Dakar
Length of role: 6 months
Volunteer positions are unpaid, however travel and lunch expenses are provided.
KEY TASKS
- Participate in the different accounting and Finance processes.
- Assist with the petty Cash handling (Fill reports, ensure monthly follow up.)
- Help with monthly pension & tax declaration and annual tax declaration
- Help the Finance Assistant during audits queries
- Participate in the process of IT materials purchase from the request to the delivery.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent written and spoken English and French.
- Good Communication and IT skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, online tools.
