This job is found in the Area Office. Job holder typically report to Head of Area Office. She/ He operate as part of a finance and Admin team in the Area Office, leading all Finance and administration needs of the Area Office. This will entail stewardship of WFP’s resources, monitoring, budget, forecasting and reporting on key data in line with WFP corporate policies and guidelines. The job holder will operate with minimal supervision to ensure that Finance and Administration operational objectives are achieved.
Education:
First Degree (Preferably Advanced University degree) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, with additional years of related work experience plus membership in an international recognized professional accountancy body such as Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Certified Public Accounts (ICPA) or equivalent.
Experience:
One year relevant experience at a senior role with additional (5) years of (Preferably of postgraduate professional experience) in Finance and Administration
Language:
Fluency (Level C) in both oral and written communication in English.
