JOB DETAIL

Key job responsibilities:

  • Prepare project expense and financial report on monthly basis.
  • Prepare budget for project in advance.
  • Monitor and analyze project expense.
  • Prepare, review and maintain financial and expense documents e.g., invoice, receipt, pretty cash voucher, purchase requisition form, travel form etc.
  • Coordinate with FHI 360 for reviewing project expense.
  • Review budget and expense report to ensure that these comply with USAID regulations.
  • Manage procurement process in accordance with Anonymous Clinic.
  • Coordinate with finance department, other internal and external parties.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • At least one year experience in accounting field
  • Demonstrate experiences and accounting knowledge.
  • Knowledge on financial rules and regulations of Anonymous Clinic.
  • Knowledge on financial rules and regulations of EpiC project.
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in read, write, speak Thai.
