JOB DETAIL

We are looking for a national Finance Technical Officer (National Staff Salary calculation) to join our team at NCR Ukraine. The finance Technical Officer will be responsible for the full circle of Salary calculation.

what you will do : 

  • Verify supporting documents for Salary calculation meet NRC standards and Ukrainian Legislation in the field of Labor, Tax law. Verify supporting documentation entered in 1C system correctly in line with documents.
  • Be responsible for the full circle of Salary calculation in 1C Accounting system, based on info entered and provided by HR Department (up to 400 employees).
  • Be responsible for calculating and submitting Sick leaves of employees to Social Security Fund (electronic submission).
  • Be responsible for calculating and processing vacation payments to National Staff.
  • Ensuring timely distribution Sick leave payments, covered by Social Security Fund, to NRC employees.
  • Be responsible for preparation and submitting Report to Tax Authorities – Форма 1ДФ (об’єднаний) 2023.
  • Collaborate with the financial institutions to ensure that queries related to Salary, Social Security Fund, Tax Authorities are timely resolved.
  • Collaborate with HR Department
  • Ensure of Salary and Salary related payments are posted to the NRC accounting system (Agresso Unit4) and allocated between Donor Budgets.
  • Assist the Finance Coordinator (FC) and the Finance Manager (FM) in internal and external audits.
  • Any other tasks that will be assigned by the FC.

what you will bring: 

  • Solid experience and background in Salary calculation in line with Ukrainian Legislation – as a must
  • Excellent skills in 1C programme (part for Salary calculation) -as a must
  • Solid experience in preparing reports to Tax authorities (Form 1DF (united) 2023) – as a must
  • Knowledge of English, both written and verbal – preferable
  • Deep knowledge of taxation base (according to Ukrainian Labour law and general rules of taxation)
  • Knowledge of the context in the areas NRC operates
  • Fluency in Ukrainian written and verbal
  • At least 10 years’ experience, professional knowledge of salary calculation, tax reports, sick leaves, vacations, maternity leaves
  • Good computer skills in MS Office
  • Experience in ERP systems (Agresso, SAP, etc)
  • Experience from working with local financial institutions and tax authorities
  • Experience with start-up of humanitarian/recovery or related programmes – preferable
