Telework/Remote Eligibility: Telework four days per pay period (two days per week). The position is not remote eligible.

Description of Organization:
The Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation (IPI) advances USAID’s work to end economic and social inequality, inequity and vulnerability, and to future-proof development assistance through innovation, experimentation and more diverse partnerships. The Bureau advances a systems approach to deliver cutting-edge technical assistance to Missions and other parts of the Agency to advance longstanding and emerging priorities, including digital development, localization, non-traditional partnerships, gender equality, equity for marginalized populations, and educational and economic opportunities for all.

The Local, Faith, and Transformative Partnerships Hub (LFT) focuses on partnering with non-traditional partners and supporting missions in their efforts to do the same. IPI/LFT, through the New Partnerships Initiative (NPI), helps to strengthen the capacity of new and local organizations, as well as utilize established partners to help build the capacity of those organizations. NPI seeks innovative approaches that enhance equity and promote local accountability and leadership while fostering new sources of funding to sustain partnership and scale impact.
