- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Position requires a minimum of two years of demonstrated success in administrative or fundraising roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including copyediting, research, and report writing.
- Knowledge of development practices and techniques is preferred.
- Experience with donor/CRM databases preferred.
- Knowledge of conservation and/or international development issues is preferred.
- International experience and knowledge of another language are pluses.
- Strong foundational knowledge of WWF’s conservation mission, goals, and organizational structure is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, be adaptable, flexible, and responsive.
- Excellent organizational ability and project management skills; strong attention to detail.
- Intercultural communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
