Facilitate a process of ongoing learning around gender equity and social inclusion with project staff, partners, and participants. Ensure inclusion of the youth, women, marginalized populations, and unrepresented groups in project activities to increase their understanding of climate resiliency and water resource management. Serve as a resource and mentor to project and partner staff on GESI (e.g., conduct training sessions and refresher workshops on GESI issues, principles, and opportunities). Organize meetings and workshops with entrepreneurs, community leaders, project partners and participants to share and disseminate GESI lessons learned, and best practices identified through project implementation. Serve as the project’s GESI subject matter expert in relevant national working groups and/or platforms.
