Position Title: Global Nurse Executive Fellowship Program Manager
Reports to: Deputy Chief Nursing Officer
Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options.

Position Overview:
The GNEF Program Manager will be a member of the Partners In Health (PIH) Nursing Team and Theory of Change Branch leading the implementation and management of the English and Spanish versions of the program. This role will leverage academic, organizational, and administrative skills to develop and strengthen this leadership program across OnePIH. The Program Manager will be working with the U.S. Coordination Site Nursing Team, collaborators at the University of Global Health Equity and other academic partners to implement this program The Global Nurse Executive Fellowship (GNEF) is a 10-month fellowship program centered on developing culturally humble and confident nursing and midwifery leaders who address current and emerging global health challenges by transforming health systems, and ultimately improving population health. To accomplish this goal the program is comprised of four components: 1) an online curriculum; 2) 3-week-long intensive components; 3) executive coaching and mentorship; 4) capstone project.
