Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. REQUIREMENT (QUALIFICATION, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)

Essential

• Qualification Degree/ Diploma in Accounting and finance from recognised institution

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience in accounting and finance, in similar field or INGO/ NGO

• Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) • Knowledge and understanding humanitarian operating context

• Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing financial reports

• Knowledge of managing cash/bank accounts

• Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team or independently, and meet deadline consistently.

• Good communication and coordination skill with the program staff.

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
