  • University degree in Human Resources or related field, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in designing, defining and implementing of effective Talent Development strategies.
  • Minimum 8 years of large-scale project management experience, preferably within HR functions.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development principles and practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and build a positive work environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Solid change management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 9,083.62, tax free.
  • Post to be filled subject to final approval.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
