What we are looking for
NORCAP, part of The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified,resilient and dynamic Head of Unit Recruitment & Development to provide overall leadership, line management and budget responsibility for the Unit. The successful candidate will also participate in project management and business development and will shape NORCAP’s future development and success by tailoring recruitments to NORCAP’s strategic areas.
