Role Description
Help Role DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Acting as primary contact with printers and designers for holiday mailing materials
2. Working with the CEO on specifics of mailing materials
3. Update and confirm mailing recipients and categories
4. Edit drafts of holiday materials
5. Oversee mailing logistics of packages
6. Assisting Executive Assistant and Correspondence team with holiday mailing-related tasks
The team member will be needed to work days around holidays and potentially on holidays.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.

· Able to read a situation and understand what different parties are looking for and blend them
· Able to anticipate what is going on and what could go wrong when planning and coordinating timelines/projects
· Able to thrive in multiple tasks but also understand how to prioritize projects
·Able to manage ambiguity and take initiative without directions
Able to manage up and work with top executives, high-level contacts; cooperate with staff across different teams
Time Commitment:
  • 8-24 hours/week; must be available to work on site 5 days a week.
  • More hours are available during high-peak work periods (in November and December
