What does a day in the life of an HR Project Adviser look like?
You will lead the engagement and delivery of the inter-agency misconduct disclosure scheme
You will drive forward the integration of equality, diversity and inclusion considerations into our overseas recruitment, onboarding and equitable security offer.
You will ensure the needs of the International Directorate are reflected in organisational-wide procurement projects that affect International operations and People.
Coordinate and work with colleagues to reduce inefficiencies and build improvements to HR services, transactions and procedures in accordance to compliance, efficiency and BRC values.
To be a successful HR Project Adviser, you’ll need:
An understanding of human resource operations, systems and procedures
Proven knowledge of programme management methodology and its application.
Proven skills in project / programme management techniques, processes and controls including project planning; project change control; resource allocation; and team management.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and skilled at consensus building and managing conflict in a multi cultural enviroment
Ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data and interpret information to communicate to and persuade decision makers/ different audiences
