Position Overview

HRIS analyst provides leadership and oversee databases, software, and computer systems that companies use to manage their human resources. Their duties include analyzing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, and resolving issues. They may also be required to assist HR managers and Pact Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day, ongoing maintenance of HR Systems and applications.
  • Create intermediate to advanced audit reports and analyze benefit data to ensure data integrity such as domestic partner imputed income calculations, ensuring benefits are terminated timely and accurately, identify employees with dependents who are not enrolled in Dependent Life, may require the import/export data to Excel for analysis.
  • Provide support on various strategic and operational HR projects, including system upgrades, conversions, implementation of new solutions, patches and interface changes.
  • Collaborate with Payroll & Finance department as needed to ensure integrity of the payroll data as it relates to new hires, terminations, transfers, reorganization.
  • Partner with Global HR on the expansion of the HR systems to country offices.
  • Analyze data and develop reports as scheduled and requested to ensure data integrity across HR and IT systems.
  • Perform all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance, and adherence to organization policies and procedures and federal and state regulation.
  • Adhere to corporate privacy policies and procedures for the handling of protected health information.
  • Continually assess business needs and implement measures that will ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded by enhancing system capability and performance.
  • Develop templates for procedures, guidelines, and protocol updates.
  • Develop and/or maintain end-user training materials for various HR Systems.
  • Support end users regarding system problems, requests, issue resolution, facilitating process improvements.
  • Train users on the HRMS including data entry, data verification, and report writing capabilities to ensure systems data integrity.
  • Works with HR systems vendors to ensure systems are running smoothly and troubleshoot system problems.

In partnership with Benefits Specialist

  • Analyze data and create reports as need.
  • Develop reports to reconcile benefit invoices.
  • Identify and report findings of benefit account variances, including enrollment and/or terminations.
  • Audit weekly carrier connection reports.

 

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least eight (8+) years work experience
  • Cross-functional experience on ADP Workforce Now, required
  • Report Writer experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS/Human Resources and practices associated with this area of a global organization
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems using expertise, creativity and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, both orally and in writing oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, with the ability to present information, make recommendations and influence positively across various levels of the organization while exercising professionalism and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity in handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to focus granularly big picture.
  • Prior HR experience a plus.
  • Strong Sharepoint and Microsoft experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
