Qualifications: | |
· Bachelors or associate degree or similar professional training in Human Resource and related areas are required.
· 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resource Management, Hiring, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law and Laws Against Sexual Harassment · Knowledge of, and experience with computers, including Word, Excel, Power Point and other software. Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge and ability is very important. · Strong planning and supervision skills · Experience recruiting high-potential staff in a challenging HR environment · Experience working in similar positions with international organizations is preferred; · Proven experience of working closely with government, private and donor agencies · Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment, with perceptive sensitivity to varied staff (national and international) personal and cultural management needs · Good command of reading, writing and spoken English |
