The Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Manager will be responsible for providing leadership in designing, developing, and implementing strategies and systems in support of attracting, developing, and retaining a committed, competent, and productive staff to effectively deliver the Activity in Tunisia. S/he will support and advise the COP on key HR issues, HR policies, and local labor laws. S/he will provides additional administrative support to the activity including logistics and transport services. The HR and Administrative Manager will be responsible for safe custody of fixed and non-fixed assets, office supplies, and training materials purchased under this activity. S/he will ensure that all the properties of this Activity are timely and properly registered as per USAID requirements. S/he will arrange flights and hotel reservations for meetings and various Activity events as needed. S/he will be responsible for the supply of stationery and other fast-moving stock items.
