Job Highlight:
Reporting to the US HR Director, you will support the day-to-day operations of aligning organizational objectives with employee engagement and management. You will work in areas relating to employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policies, processes, administration, and learning and development. You will coordinate meetings, being the go-to-person for information around organization development and responding to queries from current staff. You will gain a breadth of experience and have a birds-eye view of all areas in the human resources function.
