Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer, Organizational Effectiveness leverages strong organizational development knowledge to further innovate HR programs. Key activities include researching internal and external talent trends, overseeing the Accountability Framework and Staff Engagement Survey, and developing creative initiatives to address evolving organizational needs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Develops research studies that analyze organizational structure, culture, Competencies , and workflows. Ensures all studies follow an objective methodology and are designed to elicit meaningful insights.

 

Coordinates the Staff Engagement Survey, liaising with stakeholders across HR to ensure questions are based on pressing Fund concerns or long-term trends. Coordinates with vendors and Strategic Communication s to promote smooth survey delivery and high completion rates.

 

Undertakes the Accountability Framework exercise, consistently analyzing goals from departments across the Fund to identify potential misalignment and areas to further strengthen synergies. Drafts recommended changes to promote intra-Fund cohesion and consistency.

 

Conducts institutional workforce planning activities, collaborating with Talent Assessment & Development to develop tools that streamline and simplify staffing processes, provide insight into critical roles, and compare existing workforce capabilities to identified gaps.

 

Conducts research on talent trends and monitors defined industry benchmarks, leveraging business analytics and business intelligence as needed. Synthesizes findings to recommend program concepts and changes across HR units.

 

Collaborates with other COEs to develop and execute special HR programs that address identified departmental needs, leveraging expertise in organizational development to design creative solutions that are tailored to specific issues.

Supports the implementation of HR initiatives, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, maintaining organized project timelines, and aggregating statistics and metrics to assess program effectiveness.

 

Identifies opportunities to further enhance the organizational culture through development of the employee value proposition (EVP). Interviews stakeholders from across the Fund to gauge alignment of ongoing HR initiatives against the EVP, synthesizing insights to recommend program changes.

 

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources, or a related field, plus a minimum of four years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree plus ten years of relevant work experience.
