Job Overview:
The Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) Team Leader (TL) in Kabul work with ICLA Officers to ensures the quality of all ICLA activities in the field through direct supervision of teams, lead by Officers. The ICLA Team Leader is dedicated to oversight, technical support, case distribution and monitoring, capacity building, and coordination with stakeholders. The ICLA Team Leader is responsible to ensure all ICLA activities and staff comply with the NRC Code of Conduct, national law, donor requirements, and ICLA’s overall objective to ensure that people affected by displacement can access their right to a durable solution.
