Position Overview:
The Information Systems & Analytics Associate (“the Associate”) will focus on building, improving, and managing critical systems and data pipelines pertaining to Partners In Health’s (PIH) current and future data systems and analytics needs. This role will take on active administration of key systems used across functional teams and geographies, identifying ways to optimize the configuration and design of these systems to promote best use. The Associate also will maintain data pipelines from and between source systems through data warehousing tools, building custom queries, data transformation, and refresh schedules. This role will build complex reports, conduct analysis, test solutions, and train power users on how to interpret information and utilize tools effectively. The Associate may be tasked with leading communication and partnership with a particular stakeholder team, ensuring that team’s systems and reports are operational and up to date. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $75,000/year. The starting salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
