Duties and Responsibilities
The intern will be tasked with supporting the internal communications strategy at the Office of the Director of the Division of Administration. Key responsibilities will include: • Designing and updating newsletters for staff communication. • Facilitating communication with member states. • Assisting in the organization of events. • Performing updates on the intranet. • Developing and implementing new outreach channels
Qualifications/special skills
Interns must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in a related field such as Communications, Public Relations, or International Relations. Candidates must have: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
Languages
Interns must be fluent in both French and English, as all internal communications at UNOG are conducted in these two languages.
