You have:

  • A degree from a post-secondary institution in a related field or an acceptable combination of education and relevant professional industry experience.
  • Interest in or already pursuing a professional auditing designation, such as a CIA, would be considered as an asset.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Recent and significant experience supporting and coordinating an internal audit function.
  • An in-depth understanding of internal frameworks, policies, procedures, and activities related to administrative functions. Knowledge of internal audit and risk management frameworks, standards and practices and their application.
  • An enhanced ability and experience in developing and maintaining collaborative professional relationships.

You are:

  • A strong communicator (oral and written) with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with impact, with all levels of staff and management.
  • Competent in organizing, coordinating, critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Flexible and adaptable, and able to respond quickly to unanticipated demands.
  • A results-driven team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.

You are interested in:

  • Working in a small but dynamic and collaborative internal audit team and being recognized by management as a valued change agent for the organization.
  • Being recognized by management as a valued agent of change.
  • Executing key internal audit activities, including the implementation of the internal audit plan.
  • Coordinating internal audit projects.
  • Supporting the delivery of professional practices, including the quality assurance improvement program.
  • Coordinating various operational processes and providing administrative services to the IA team.
  • Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Additional Information:

*Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (3 days out of 10 in the office).
Travel: Up to 14 days per year of travel may be required. International travel can be for regional visits or domestic travel for professional development.
