Duties and Responsibilities

The Consultant will be required to: i. Contribute to the overall animation for eLearning modules, ii. Coordinate with the consultant responsible for the production process to test the modules and implement improvements, iii. Edit module content in terms of animations, including final review.

Qualifications/special skills

An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in a subject closely related/relevant to the development of eLearning modules, is required (e.g., Computer science, Design). A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional working experience in the field of animated design or production of eLearning modules, is required. • Demonstrated innovation and entrepreneurship skills, are desirable. • Demonstrated communication skills, are desirable.

Languages

• English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English, with excellent drafting and communication skills, is required. Knowledge of any other official UN language is an advantage.
